In an effort to understand the challenges of Tribal Communities, as well as member priorities, barriers to services, education and employment concerns, we are asking that Tribal Community Members complete the attached Survey.  This important project will provide up-to date, accurate information about the characteristics, needs and priorities of the Tribal Community.  Tribal leadership will use the data to inform strategic planning and prioritize community needs and concerns in the development and delivery of programs and services.
