St. Croix Tribal Optical Services
Patients who are eligible for Purchased / Referred Care (PRC) thru the St. Croix Tribal Health Clinic are entitled to the following:
- Children age 17 and under (Age 18+ if currently in high school) one pair of glasses per year.
- Adults age 18+ who are diagnosed as diabetic one pair of glasses per year.
- Adults age 18+ who are NOT diabetic one pair of glasses per TWO years.
