Our Tribal Health Clinic provides comprehensive medical services for the whole family. From preventive care and wellness visits to chronic condition management, our skilled providers are here to keep our community healthy and strong.

Clinic

Pharmacy
The St. Croix Tribal Pharmacy provides many services to its patients. The first and most important is interpretation and accurate filling of the doctor’s prescription.
Diabetes Resources
The Diabetes Care Team, and the St. Croix Tribal Health Clinic follow the Indian Health Service Standards of Care and best practices for adults and children with Diabetes.
Memory Care Coordinator
A Memory Care Coordinator connects individuals, family, friends and caregivers to community resources and support.
Community Healthcare
St. Croix Community Health Nurses and Staff provide care to community members with short & long term illness.

Our mission is to provide quality dental care with an emphasis on child and emergent care.
Optometry
Eye exams, vision correction, and eyewear to protect and improve eyesight.
