The St Croix Tribal Enrollment Office issues Tribal Identification cards, Certificate of Indian Blood (CDIB), processes applications for enrollment, family trees, tribal member verifications, and other duties pertaining to tribal membership.

Applications for Enrollment to the St. Croix Tribe will be considered complete only when accompanied by all required supporting documentation, including an original certified birth certificate, a copy of the Social Security card, a copy of a valid photo ID, and any other required documents.  The application must be notarized prior to submission.

The Enrollment Committee meets quarterly.
