Behavioral Health & Sobriety Support
The St. Croix Tribal Behavioral Health Clinic is an outpatient mental health and substance use treatment clinic certified by the State of Wisconsin.
We integrate our culturally-informed understanding of the person within the family and community with the use of evidence-based therapy practices. Our licensed clinicians are experienced in treating both mental health and substance use issues. Our interdisciplinary care team consists of licensed clinicians and supervisors in the fields of clinical social work, professional counseling, psychology, psychiatry, and addictions.

Our Mission is to assist the St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin by promoting and achieving lifestyles and communities that are safe, sober, and healthy by identifying and building on the strengths of individuals and communities and by encouraging hope for the next seven generations.

Our experienced providers take an integrated, relational approach to recovery, addressing any co-occurring addiction and mental health issues at the same time.
Integrated Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment
With addiction or mental health issues, it is important to take a holistic approach to treat the whole person. Our providers focus on helping community members re-establish balance in their lives. We will work with you to identify your personal strengths and resiliency to overcome obstacles that interfere with a healthy, productive life. We take an integrated, relational approach to recovery, addressing any co-occurring addiction and mental health issues at the same time.

Services Offered & Skills Developed:
- Mental Health or Substance Use Assessments (not OWI Assessments)
- Mental Health Psychotherapy & Substance Use Counseling or Integrated Therapy for Adults
- Child Therapy (ages 5 and up)
- Group Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Coordination with Medication Management & Medication-Assisted Treatment Services (including Vivitrol/Naltrexone for Opioid and Alcohol Addiction and Suboxone and Sublocade for Opioid Addiction)
- Referrals to higher level-of-care, such as inpatient, when necessary
- Telehealth Sessions Available
