The St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin Tribal Council has reviewed and is providing
notice to the Tribal Membership for the proposed Oganawenjigaazowag Gichi-Aya’aag
Inaakonigewin, Vulnerable Adults & Elder Guardianship Code. The proposed code is a
collaborative effort from the Legal Department, Elder Advocates Department, and the Tribal
Court. The attached is the proposed Vulnerable Adult & Elder Guardianship Code
