CST provides wraparound support for families with children who have complex needs, bringing together family members, service providers, and community resources to create a unified care plan.

We offer emergency resources, advocacy, and referrals to housing, food, counseling, and other supportive services to help stabilize families in need.

Interested individuals can contact our Kinship & Foster Care Program for application materials, licensing requirements, and training schedules.

Services are available to enrolled Tribal members of the St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin and, in some cases, to their immediate family members. Eligibility may vary by program.
