BIDDING PROCESS
- Bidding will open on April 8th and close on May 8th at 4:30 p.m.
- Multiple bids are permitted. To obtain the current highest bid amount, please call
715-349-2195 ext. 5138. - Initial submissions must include the completed application along with your bid
amount. - For any subsequent increased bids, only page 4 of the application is required,
which includes your name and updated bid amount. All other information
from your original submission will remain on file. - If additional clarification is needed regarding the bidding process, please
contact 715-349-2195 ext. 5138. - All submitted applications and subsequent bids will be timestamped upon
receipt. - No formal appraisal has been conducted on the property; only an inspection has been
completed. To schedule a time to review the inspection report, please call
715-349-2195 ext. 5138. - Property viewings are limited to one hour unless additional time is arranged in
advance. - Prospective bidders may arrange for an independent inspection or appraisal by calling
715-349-2195 ext. 5138 to schedule an appointment. - All land lease application documentation will be processed through the legal
