Today is National MMIW (Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women) Awareness Day

Wear Red to work or school and post a photo onto social media with the hashtag #NationalDayofAwareness, #MMNWG, or #MMIW Attend an event, prayer circle, or candlelight vigil hosted in a community, if any are taking place Create a memorial for those lost or no longer with us Be proactive in spreading the work about the gravity of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls.
