The St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin Tribal Council has reviewed and requests comments from the Tribal Membership for the proposed changes to the Tribe’s Family Code. The proposed revisions are a collaborative effort from the Legal Department, Indian Child Welfare Department, and the Tribal Court. The attached draft has the current language of the Family code in black and the proposed language in blue.
