MVP Winner – Jeffrey Taylor – Sept 2021

MVP Information

The St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin started an MVP Recognition Program approximately 10 years ago, and it has recently been activated to acknowledge employees with outstanding service.  The Tribe believes it really shows when employees love their jobs, duties, and contribution to our communities.  These shinning stars should be recognized for their exceptional work ethic, skills, and kindness.

The wonderful part of the MVP Program is that employees are nominated by their co-workers.  We believe this is the best indicator of an individual’s daily commitment to excellence.  Most of these folks are dedicated to doing the right thing even when no one is watching.  Lucky for them and us, we noticed their brilliant accomplishments!  😊

For your viewing, we have posted our former MVP winners.  When you are working next to a former winner, please let them know how much you appreciate their commitment!  Also, if you notice a co-worker that goes above and beyond take a few minutes to fill out an MVP nomination on their behalf, and submit it.  The next group of MVP’s will be acknowledged at our Christmas Party in December 2022.
